Tiger Shroff delays the release of Ganapath teaser. It is rumoured that the delay was done to avoid clash with Salman Khan’s Tiger 3.
Actor Tiger Shroff postponed the release of Ganapath teaser. The teaser of the upcoming Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon film was slated to release today, September 27. However, Shroff has now confirmed that the team of Ganapath will be releasing the teaser on September 29. While the actor has not revealed the reason behind the delay, it is rumoured that it could be because of Salman Khan’s Tiger 3. Yash Raj Films had previously announced that a teaser of sorts, titled Tiger Ka Message, will be releasing today.
Shroff took to Instagram and shared a new poster of Ganapath along with the news of the teaser’s delay. In the poster, Shroff and Sanon were seen posing together. Sharing the poster, Shroff wrote, “Humse milne ke liye karna hoga thoda aur intezaar. Kyunki hum lekar aa rahein aapke liye kuch khaas. #Ganapath Teaser coming out on 29th September, 2023. In cinemas this Dussehra, 20th October.”
On Tuesday, a source told Bollywood Hungama that Tiger Shroff, producer Jackky Bhagnani and team did not want to clash announcements with Tiger 3. “Tiger Shroff is aware that Salman Khan has earned the tag of Tiger from the audience. Both Jackky and Tiger are big fans of Salman and don’t wish to clash with the assets of their film in any way. Out of respect and love for Salman Khan, both are contemplating changing the date of their launch,” the insider said. “The Ganapath team doesn’t want to clash with Tiger. They want to come solo and leave a mark,” the source added.
Ganapath is directed by Vikas Bahl. The film is produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Vikas Bahl. The film is set for a worldwide release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada on October 20, 2023.
