Koffee With Karan Season 8: Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra sternly warned Karan Johar against messing with their respective relationships on the latest episode of Koffee With Karan Season 8. Sidharth revealed that he and Varun Dhawan legit got a lecture about being ‘careful’ about what they say on the popular chat show. In fact, Alia Bhatt, in her video message, also advised the duo to not be controversial on ‘the Koffee couch’.
As soon as the episode began, Varun told Karan, “Just make sure our relationships stay intact. You’re apparently attacking married men on your show… You want nobody should have a (sane) relationship because you don’t have one. Married men are worried.”
While talking about their equation with Alia Bhatt and how it has evolved over the years, Varun and Sidharth went on to tell Karan how much he meant to them. Alia, Sidharth and Varun made their acting debuts with Karan’s directorial Student of the Year in 2012.
“You know how much we love you. I tell you that every day…” Varun told Karan, who looked visibly miffed with the duo as the actors were not letting him speak much. “I’m trying to conduct a talk show here…,” Karan told Varun.
“Now what do you want to say about how you want to mess with our marriages?” Varun asked Karan. “I don’t want to mess with your marriage,” the host yelled.
When Karan asked Varun and Sidharth if they actually think that his chat show gets people into trouble, they said, “Yes, it does.” “I have producers working with me who are scared,” Varun revealed. To this, Sidharth added, “We were there in the last party, there was a 15 minute long lecture more to him (Varun) before the show that just be careful.”
