Shahid Kapoor, if not busy with film shoots, makes sure to spend time with his family. Recently, the power couple was spotted spending quality time with each other. They were papped exiting a restaurant in Mumbai. Not only did they twin in similar outfits but were also clicked sporting beaming smiles on their faces.

The video currently doing the rounds on the Internet shows Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput walking out of the restaurant hand-in-hand. The Bloody Daddy actor sported a buzz haircut, which made the headlines sometime back. He was dressed in a beige T-shirt with a pair of ripped, denim blue jeans. Mira Rajput looked pretty in a strappy, beige-pink, bodycon dress. Her hair was left open and she sported minimal makeup for the dinner outing with her husband. After stepping out from the restaurant premises, Shahid and Mira flashed smiles at the paparazzi and posed patiently for their pictures to be taken. Before heading towards their car, Shahid Kapoor also clicked some selfies with fans and waved at the shutterbugs.

On the occasion of Mira Rajput’s 29th birthday, Shahid Kapoor wished his wifey through a sweet post on Instagram. Calling Mira, “the queen” of his heart, the actor wrote, “Happy birthday to you and oh so lucky me to have you all for me always and forever.” The couple were decked up in ethnic wear in the snap and looked smitten by each other.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput tied the nuptial knot in an arranged marriage setup on July 17, 2015. They embraced parenthood a year later by welcoming their firstborn — daughter Misha Kapoor. The couple’s second child — son Zain was born in 2018.

On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will next be seen in an untitled romantic comedy, helmed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah. He will be sharing screen space opposite Kriti Sanon. Although the film, touted to be An Impossible Love Story, was scheduled to release in December this year, sources claim that the film will now hit the big screens in 2024, during Valentine’s week.
