Sania Mirza’s Wedding Gift To Newlyweds Parineeti Chopra, Raghav Chadha –

Parineeti Chopra tied the nuptial knot with her partner and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) member Raghav Chadha on September 24. The couple exchanged vows at the grand Leela Palace in Udaipur in a dreamlike wedding ceremony. Their marriage was an intimate affair, conducted in the presence of close friends and family members. Former Tennis player Sania Mirza who also happens to be Parineeti’s closest friend was among the many A-listed guests who attended the star-studded wedding. Parineeti and Sania’s friendship dates a long way back. And in no way could the six-time Grand Slam skip her best friend’s special day. Sania’s sister Anam Mirza also graced the occasion.

Now that the wedding is over, Sania Mirza was recently spotted outside the Udaipur airport along with her sister, making her way back home. The paparazzi were quick to spot the Mirza sisters at the airport premises. They questioned Sania about what gift she had given her best friend Parineeti Chopra at the actress’ wedding, to which the former tennis star gave a spontaneous reply. The 36-year-old shared that she has given blessings to her best buddy Parineeti Chopra. “Kya gift diya? Blessings diya (What present did I give? I gave my blessings),” Sania responded.

When asked whether she enjoyed Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s wedding, Sania Mirza quipped, “Bahut enjoy kiya”. The tennis star was dressed in a simple lime-green kaftan kurta with floral patterns — all in the pastel shade. She teamed up her outfit with a pair of multi-coloured, vertical-striped straight pants. Sania rounded off her look with a loosely tied bun and wore sunglasses. Her sister followed behind.

Sania Mirza recently flaunted her ethnic ensemble for Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s wedding. She looked like royalty in a multi-coloured gharara set, featuring intricate embroidery and sequined work. Motifs and patchwork designs embellished on the traditional ensemble brought out the perfect wedding vibes. Sania teamed up her attire with a dusty-pink, floral-bordered dupatta. She rounded off her glamorous avatar with an emerald and stone-encrusted choker necklace, alongside a pair of matching earrings.

Among the other esteemed members from the film, sports, and political fraternity who attended the glittery wedding was Madu Chopra — the mother of Priyanka Chopra, Raghav Chadha’s uncle and fashion designer Pawan Sachdeva, Bhagyashree and Shailesh Lodha, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, former cricketer Harbhajan Singh, Aaditya Thackeray, and fashion designer Manish Malhotra.
