Qalb’s First Single Out; Vineeth Sreenivasan Casts Spell With His Soulful Voice –

Qalb is a musical which boasts around 22 songs.

The romantic track features Ranjith Sanjeev and Nazneen

The first song from Sajid Yahiya’s Malayalam directorial Qalb, titled Qalbee, has impressed fans. The romantic track has been voiced by Vineeth Sreenivasan and features Ranjith Sanjeev and Nazneen. The words in the song have been penned by Suhail Koya, while it is composed by Vimal Nazar. Shot amid the picturesque location from the desert, middle of the water to a mesmerising monument as it captures the on-screen chemistry between Ranjith Sajeev and Nazneen. The song is soothing, loved and pure.

“Let the soulful voice of Vineeth Sreenivasan with the music by Vimal Nazar and lyrics by Suhail M Koya take you on a journey of love with ‘Qalbee.’ Embark on a musical journey where ‘Qalbee’ becomes the anthem of pure, unfiltered love!” Ranjith Sajeev wrote in the caption of the announcement post on social media.

Qalb promises to be an amazing musical with around 22 songs. The film is being produced by Vijay Babu’s Friday Film House. The project was originally announced with Shane Nigam as the lead; but due to various reasons it was put on hold, and later Ranjith Sajeev was roped in as the lead.

The cinematography is handled by Sharon Srinivas and editing of the film is done by Amal Manoj, who has enhanced its cinematic experience for the audience.

The screenplay and dialogues were penned by Sajid Yahiya and Suhail M Koya. Sajid Yahiya is best known for directing Jayasurya’s IDI and Manju Warrier starrer Mohanlal. Alongside lead actors Ranjith Sajeev and Nazneen, the film also features acclaimed names including Siddique, Lena, and Jafar Idukki in its cast.

Notably, the film also gave chances to social media influencers including Karthik Shankar, Shemeer, Jassim Hasim, Sanoop Kumar, Abu Salim, and Vishnu Azhikal (Kadhal Machan) to the silver screen.

Ranjith Sajeev made his entry into the Malayalam film industry with the Anaswara Rajan-starrer Mike, which failed to make any impact at the box office due to its mediocre content.
