  4. Gently break the chocs near your ear, the clean snapping sound is preferred also denoting even tempering.
  5. “Put a small piece of the chocolate on your tongue. Slowly experience it melting. Once you swallow it, focus on the flavours it releases on your palate. See if you like it. Reset your taste by cleansing your palate as I suggest above, before tasting another chocolate. This will actually assist you in choosing what you like, which is most important,” says Zeba.
