At IFFI 2023, Karan Johar said that he likes to get people together and wants to get Sara Ali Khan married
Karan Johar and Sara Ali Khan recently attended the 54th International Film Festival of India in Goa and unveiled the new poster for their upcoming film on Amazon Prime, Ae Watan Mere Watan. During the event, Karan also mentioned his popular chat show Koffee with Karan, which Sara appeared on recently. He spoke to the audience about love and marriage and said that he wanted to get Sara Ali Khan married next.
Karan Is Manifesting Green Flag Guys
Karan said that a lot of actors have manifested their relationships on the Koffee couch. He said, “I hope you find green flag guys. I am manifesting it more than anything else.” He added, “People who have said things on that couch, it has happened.” The filmmaker then turned to Sara and asked, “Right Sara?” The actress burst out laughing.
Karan Wants To Get Sara Married
Karan then said, “I know people who have come and spoken about the potential of marriage and they got married. I think there is a bit of Sima Taparia in me.” “I am that Punjabi aunty who wants to get people together and Sara is my next mission,” he added.
Relationships Manifested On Koffee With Karan
For the unversed, Alia Bhatt had earlier revealed her crush on Ranbir Kapoor on the show. “I still think he is really adorable and I still want to marry him,” she had said. Katrina Kaif had said that she would look good with Vicky Kaushal. They began dating soon after Vicky learnt this on the show. Even Sara Ali Khan had manifested her relationship with Kartik Aaryan in an earlier season of the show. She expressed her desire and said she “wanted to date” her co-star and this soon became a reality.
Sara recently appeared on an episode of Koffee with Karan 8 with Ananya Panday. She revealed that she is currently single and there is no truth to the speculation that she is dating cricketer Shubman Gill.
