  2. Online banking

  3. Phone banking:
    Dial 155299 (toll-free) from the mobile number associated with the account, then follow the IVRS instruction. Choose your savings account’s language and specifics. After that, select the “get balance” option to view the account balance.
  4. E-passport facility
    Open the Post Office app on your smartphone and log in. Go to “Mobile Banking,” sign in with the information associated with your account, and then select “Go.” Click on “Statement” under “Balance and Statement” when you are taken to your account dashboard. Download the statement for the time period you want to view it.
  5. SMS
    Before using SMS to check balance, one must register. To register, text “register” to the number “7738062873” from the Post Office savings or current account-associated mobile device. To view your account balance, you can send the message “balance” to the number after signing up. To confirm your mini assertions, enter “mini” into the number.
  6. IPPB mobile app:
    To use the IPPB app, enter your customer ID and account number. An OTP will be sent to the registered number for verification. You will be able to view the account balance after entering the OTP and setting the MPIN.
