Allstate Solutions Private Limited (ASPL), also known as Allstate India, has been recognised as one of the Best Organizations for Women 2022 by the Economic Times, powered by Femina. This is the second consecutive year Allstate India has been celebrated by the publication for its inclusive diversity practices.
The Economic Times acknowledges and celebrates companies that have stepped forward to make a difference and successfully created a new benchmark for diversity and inclusion in corporate India. Allstate India is recognised for creating an inclusive environment, introducing policies in the interest of women employees and accelerating equality for all in the workplace.

A felicitation ceremony was held in Mumbai on 30th March, 2022, and included distinguished guests and leaders from highly esteemed organizations who took part in conversations around identifying challenges for women in the workforce and adapting to flexible working arrangements.
“My mother’s contribution as a homemaker was never truly recognized. An era ago, women lacked the education, opportunity and resources to create their own path,” said Rekha Sharma, chairperson, National Commission for Women and guest of honour. “Today, women are breaking the glass ceiling, and this is because Indian society is changing. There is still a long way to go. To empower women, men should also come forward as we are not competing with each other.”
