Actor-turned-director Prithviraj Sukumaran on Sunday was spotted at the sets of L2: Empuraan inspecting the progress. He was seen meeting and greeting his crew members as he entered the sets. Prithviraj looks dashing in his casual look. For the day, he went with a black-on-black look as he donned a black T-shirt with denim pants. At the end of the clip, he was seen heading towards the set with his crew.

Earlier it was reported that the shooting of the film will begin in October. The initial shooting locations are speculated to be Delhi and Ladakh. On September 1, Prithviraj rubbished the reports of the team planning to shoot a promo for L2: Empuraan. But he also revealed that the team is planning to reveal some details by this month.
“Not too sure where the news is from, but L2 Empuraan will have no ‘promo’ or a ‘promo shoot’ per se. We are just planning to put out something, sometime this month, to announce the start of the shoot date and a few other details on the project. Thank you,” Prithviraj Sukumaran wrote in the tweet.

L2: Empuraan is the second part of Lucifer and is said to be one of the biggest Malayalam films. The Homable Films has reportedly bankrolled the film. The film is said to unveil the story of Stephen Nedumpally aka Khureshi Ab’ram which is portrayed by Mohanlal.
