In the present time, people’s lives have become so busy that they do not concentrate on what they eat. They don’t focus on their health, which results in a lot of diseases. They have minimal to no movement. This sometimes results in the development of gas and acidity problems. The only way to deal with it is through proper exercises and consuming the right diet. During the winter season, if people are suffering from acidity and gas issues, then they should do yoga and keep a check on what they eat. Now, yoga instructor Savita Yadav has explained the main reason behind the problem of gas and acidity.

Savita Yadav has explained that eating too many sour and spicy things can increase this problem of acidity and gas in the winter. If people ignore these problems for a long time, then it increases the risk of stomach ulcers in the patient. Even though it becomes very difficult to treat these problems, practicing yoga and following the right diet can help cure them. Regular yoga practice for 30 minutes daily can give amazing benefits.

According to the yoga instructor, people should adopt three rules regarding diet to stay healthy during the winter season.

The first rule is that the diet should be healthy and full of fruits and vegetables. The food should contain foods rich in nutrients.

The second rule is that one should keep a check on what they are eating and it should be done according to the season.

The third rule is that in winter, one should eat a little less than their hunger.

By following these three rules during winter, good gut health can be maintained. This will help boost physical and mental health as well.

For yoga, people should start with a warm-up and stretching. Start by closing your eyes and then sit on the mat in meditative posture. Then, chant Om for sometimes. After this, sit in Padmasana or Ardha Padmasana. Now join the fingers of both your hands, move them upwards and stretch the entire body. Then, slowly bring the head forward. This will help in removing acidity and gas problems.
