  4. PastaYou’ll need flour, suji, salt, water and olive oil to make this fresh pasta. Cook the pasta and pair it with your favorite sauce. To make the sauce, stir minced garlic in oil, add a pinch of chili flakes and fry. Then use fresh tomatoes, with sugar, chili flakes and salt. Let it boil for 15-20 minutes and then mix the pasta in the sauce.
  5. Avocado ToastFor a simple and delicious breakfast, start by toasting some whole wheat bread. Next, mash the avocado and spread it on top of the toast. Add a pinch of spices as per your liking for an extra burst of flavour. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also add chopped tomatoes or other veggies for an extra twist.
