What card holders need to know: Three new credit card rules coming into effect from Oct 1

The RBI’s card-on-record (CoF) tokenization guidelines will produce results on October 1, 2022, changing the guidelines for credit cards and debit cards online installments. The new guidelines ought to improve cardholders’ capacity to make installments.
