“A little Monday circuit to get you going, I really do love the beginning of a new week and a great workout. 20 mins, 5 rounds,” she wrote in the caption.

In this video, Gabriella flawlessly performed split squats followed by Sumo deadlifts, side lunges, wall ball shots, and pelvic thrusts in an olive green sports bra and navy blue yoga pants.
