After his military discharge, BTS Jin dropped an extended version of his song Super Tuna, initially released in 2021.
BTS member Kim Seok-Jin aka Jin has thrilled fans by releasing an extended version of his hit single Super Tuna. Since his discharge from the military in June, the K-pop idol has been actively connecting with fans through appearances on variety shows and participation in various events. With this new release, fans can look forward to enjoying the catchy tune as Jin continues to share his musical talents.
The extended version of Super Tuna, a dance song that highlights the K-pop star’s love for fish, was digitally released on October 11 at 1 PM KST through BTS’ various social media channels. Jin released the original track in December 2021 to celebrate his birthday. In the extended version, Jin maintains the same fun and showcases his love for various types of fish. The song starts with Jin sitting by the sea in a colourful shirt. In one scene, the BTS star even proposes to a fish, asking it to bite his fishing rod. Shortly after the video’s release, it received a lot of attention from viewers who loved its chaotic yet hilarious vibe.
Just days back, Jin made news when he was caught off-guard at the Incheon International Airport. The BTS star was leaving for Los Angeles, California, for an unannounced schedule. When he arrived at the airport, he was swarmed by his fans and reporters, which led him to hide his face. Jin was dressed comfortably and casually, but he immediately regretted his choice when he spotted the crowd waiting for him at the airport. Seeing them, he said, “Oh, no… I can’t be photographed like this, I don’t look good today. No. This can’t be happening, I’m ugly right now. This is not good! Had I known you’d be here, I would’ve worn some makeup or something.”

Not long ago, Jin’s revelation about his dating life left everyone in splits. In one of the episodes of Run Jin, the K-pop idol was discussing scenarios like “Being asked out in a workgroup chat” or “Being serenaded with a mask in the middle of Hongdae” with TXT’s Yeonjun, YouTuber Kwak Joon Bin and former UFC fighter Kim Dong Hyun. During the conversation, Jin, known for his introverted personality, shared that he would rather be asked out in a group chat than be serenaded in public, which he sees as the “absolute worst thing.” However, the real shocker was when the 31-year-old BTS star revealed that he had never been asked out on a date before.
