Vivek Agnihotri REACTS To PM Modi Praising Vaccine War: ‘Women Scientists Called and Got Emotional’ –

Vivek Agnihotri reacted to PM Narendra Modi praising The Vaccine War. The Prime Minister spoke about the film at a rally.

Director Vivek Agnihotri shared his reaction to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi praising The Vaccine War. The filmmaker took to X, previously known as Twitter, and expressed his gratitude towards the Prime Minister for recognising the movie. Vivek also revealed that the women scientists who helped in the making of the film called the filmmaker and broke down after hearing the Prime Minister’s praises.

Sharing the video of PM Modi’s speech, Vivek wrote, “It’s heartening to hear PM @narendramodi acknowledge the contribution of Indian scientists, specially women scientists in making the indigenous vaccine under his leadership. Women scientists called and got emotional ‘first time a PM praised Virologists’ they said.

GRATITUDE.”

Earlier in the day, PM Modi was speaking at a rally when he brought up The Vaccine War. “A film called ’The Vaccine War’ was released. I have heard that the hard work done day and night by our scientists to fight Covid in India has been depicted in this film. Every Indian is feeling proud after watching that film,” PM Modi said.

As reported by PTI, the PM also congratulated the film’s makers for giving importance to scientists of the country. “I also congratulate the makers of this film that you gave importance to the scientists and science of the country by making the film. This will be very useful for the coming generations,” Modi said.
