Mrunal Thakur, Vijay Deverakonda celebrate Holi with fans
Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur’s Family Star is all set to release on April 5.
On the auspicious occassion of Holi, Mrunal Tahkur and her Family Star co-star Vijay Deverakonda are celebrating the festival of colours with their fans. The duo were seen applying colour on each other and interacting with fans, as they cheered for them. A video of the same has been going viral on social media.
Mrunal Thakur and Vijay Deverakonda will seen sharing the screen space together for the highly anticipated film Family Star. The former recently traveled to Hyderabad to kick off the promotions. Before the promotional activities started, she sought blessings at Sri Yellamma Pochamma Devasthanam, one of Hyderabad’s oldest temples. The video from inside the temple has found its way to social media. In the clip, Mrunal can be seen sporting a maroon kurta as she sought blessings with folded hands. She was accompanied by her team.
Ahead of the film’s release, the makers of Family Star released a fun dance number from the film, where the lead stars give a glimpse of their chemistry as bride and groom. The song titled Kalyani Vaccha Vacchaa has already gone viral across social media.
As per new reports, the actors will be shooting for the last schedule in Chennai. If sources close to the entertainment portal Bollywood Hungama were to be believed, the week-long shoot will be entirely filmed in Chennai. The source stated, “Mrunal has already departed for Chennai to team up with Vijay and commence filming the final schedule of Family Star. The shoot, spanning a week, will take place entirely in Chennai. The entire cast and crew are filled with anticipation and a touch of emotion as they near the conclusion of this wonderful journey. However, this marks the start of a captivating film featuring the talented duo of Vijay and Mrunal, who will grace the silver screen together for the first time.”
In 2023, Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur impressed audiences with Kushi and Hi Nanna respectively. Vijay recently revealed Family Star’s release date along with a new poster. The film will hit theaters on April 5, starring Vijay alongside Mrunal Thakur and Divyansha Kaushik.
