upGrad leases 1,000 seats from IndiQube in Bengaluru, Hyderabad

Mumbai: Edtech startup upGrad has leased 1,000 seats from IndiQube, a provider of coworking spaces, in a multi-city deal spanning Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

In Bengaluru, upGrad will be operating from IndiQube Lexington that’s located in the heart of the city at Koramangala. In Hyderabad, they will be operating from IndiQube Pearl situated in Gachibowli, the software hub of the city.

“We are delighted to have upGrad as the latest addition to IndiQube’s pan-India flexible workspace solution,” IndiQube’s cofounder Rishi Das said. “We strongly believe that we will be a catalyst to upGrad’s journey as they enter the next phase of growth…”

Demand for flexible office spaces is returning as businesses are opening up amid an ebbing pandemic and widespread vaccine coverage in major cities.

“IndiQube has offered us multi-city workspace solutions in talent-centric neighbourhoods of Bengaluru and Hyderabad,” upGrad India CEO Arjun Mhan said. “Their one-stop solution to all our workspace requirements ensures that our employee experience is hassle-free and seamless.”
