New Delhi: A new chat box with artificial intelligence has been launched by the Unique Identification Authority of India. Mitra Aadhaar will provide crucial information about the Aadhaar card. It can inform subscribers about PVC status, registration, complaints, and track their status. Aadhaar users can now quickly access real-time data.
The chat box is based on machine learning and artificial intelligence, UIDAI stated in an official tweet. The link that leads to Aadhaar Mitra is www.uidai.gov.in/en. QR codes have also been tweeted by UIDAI. The chat box can be accessed by scanning the QR codes.
“The new AI/ML-based chat support for ResidentFirst #UIDAI is now available for improved resident interaction! Residents can now monitor the status of their #Aadhaar PVC cards, submit complaints, and so on. Visit https://uidai.gov.in/en/ to interact with #AadhaarMitra,” UIDAI tweeted from its official handle.
A statement from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting stated that UIDAI will find Aadhaar Mitra to be an excellent tool for handling complaints. All of the partners, technical offices, and UIDAI’s headquarters will be connected to this.

Using the Aadhaar Mitra, you can learn about the locations of Aadhaar centers, enrollment and status updates, verification, PVC card order status, complaint status, enrollment center location, appointment bookings, and video frame integration, among other things. It will communicate with you via video and text message.

Navigate to www.uidai.gov.in. Select the Mitra Aadhaar chatbox. Click on “get started” when the chat box is opened. In the search field, enter your query.
