An adorable video of the rumoured lovebirds Khushi Kapoor and Vedang Raina from the actress’ 24th birthday has gone viral.

In a widely shared video on social media, Khushi Kapoor is seen surrounded by friends as she cuts her scrumptious pink birthday cake. As she leans forward to blow out the candle, her rumoured boyfriend Vedang Raina gently holds her hair back to keep it safely away from the flames. From behind the camera, social media personality Orhan Awatramani, also known as Orry, chimes in, asking Khushi about her birthday wish. With a playful smile, she replies that her wish is a secret.
On November 5, Khushi Kapoor took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos from her birthday celebration. Dressed in standout white pyjamas, she coordinated a colour theme for the event, with her girl squad in pink pyjama sets and the boys sporting matching blue ones, each embroidered with “KK.” The actress’ birthday bash also included a fun painting session with her friends.
In the pictures she shared, Khushi was seen posing with her galpals, her father, Boney Kapoor, and her rumoured boyfriend, Vedang Raina. Sharing the photos, she penned in the caption, “Chapter 24 My favourite people with the most ideal celebration.” However, Khushi’s sister, actress Janhvi Kapoor, was missing from the pyjama party.
Rumours of Khushi Kapoor and Vedang Raina’s alleged relationship have been floating on social media ever since they starred in Zoya Akhtar’s film The Archies. While the pair has neither confirmed nor denied the speculations, they are often spotted together on various occasions. Recently, eagle-eyed fans noticed similarities in Khushi and Vedang’s vacation pictures. The two did not post pictures of each other on their Instagram accounts, but the similar background of their posts made people believe that they were vacationing together.
Speaking of their work fronts, Vedang Raina was most recently seen opposite Alia Bhatt in the film Jigra. Whereas his rumoured girlfriend Khushi Kapoor has been roped in for Naadaniyaan, alongside Ibrahim Ali Khan.
