To make this delicious dish, you will need good quality paneer. It can also be a homemade one. Apart from this, you will need two red and yellow capsicums, 3-4 small onions, a tablespoon of ginger powder, 3-4 tablespoons of green chilli, 2 teaspoons of Schezwan sauce, 4 teaspoons ginger, 4 teaspoons garlic paste, 2 teaspoons corn flour, 2 teaspoons soya sauce, 4 teaspoons tomato ketchup, salt as per taste, 2 spoons vinegar, 1 cup refined oil, 2 spoons green chilli chutney and 2 spoons butter will be required.
To make chilli paneer, follow this recipe-
Start by cutting the paneer into cubes. Then chop onions, capsicum, ginger, and chillies and then add paneer to it. Add cornflour, salt, ginger powder, vinegar and chilli paste to it. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Take a pan and drizzle some oil on it. When the oil gets heated, add paneer pieces to it and fry till it turns golden. Then in another pan add oil. Then add garlic paste, chopped ginger and chopped green chillies and fry it. Then add the capsicums to it, fry it and then add onion. After it cooks for some time, add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and green chilli sauce.
Cook all these items on a medium flame and add a dollop of butter to the pan. The next step is to add the fried paneer cubes to the mixture and give it a good stir.
If you want gravy, add some water and let the sauce thicken. Garnish with onion and the delicious dish is ready!
