  1. Increased Exposure to Harmful ParticlesEngaging in physical activities in polluted environment means inhaling higher levels of harmful particles and pollutants present in the air. These particles, such as smoke, dust, and pollutants from vehicle emissions, can penetrate deep into our lungs, causing inflammation and damage to the respiratory system. All in all the best time to walk or exercise during onset of winters or in winters is when the sun comes out, neither early morning nor late evening.
