TCS | Infosys : TCS ranks 46th on Kantar Brandz, Infosys 64th


Mumbai: India’s largest IT service provider () ranked 46 in Kantar Brandz 2022 as ‘Most Valuable Global Brands’ from 58 in 2021 and ranked highest amongst the Indian companies. Peer debuted at rank 64.


This year, the number of Indian brands in the Global Top 100 rose to four: Tata Consultancy Services,

(61), Infosys, and (92).

The report values TCS Brand at $50,349 million up 61% since last year. While Infosys was valued at $33,551 million TCS has ranked amongst ‘The Top Risers’ according to the report. TCS is the second largest company amongst Asia Pacific Companies after Samsung in the list.

“The presence of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Infosys in the APAC Kantar BrandZ Top 10 is not a fluke. Indian-born consulting companies have combined the high quality of human resources in India, with innovative technological platforms that fully unlock their employees’ capabilities,” said the report.

Among the top twenty business transformation companies TCS and Infosys ranked 15 and 18 respectively. Microsoft ranked number number 1 followed by Amazon Web Services and Nvidia.

“Formerly a challenger brand, TCS is now valued at $199 billion, almost equal to its peer Accenture. Success fuels dreams that lead to more success. Today, India ranks number two on funded unicorns and number one in soon-tobe unicorns”

brands improved their responsibility credentials in the last year: Adobe, Amazon Web Services, AMD, Autodesk, Google Cloud, Infosys, Intel, Intuit and Qualcomm. The majority of these eight have improved their social and environmental credentials, and half have also improved their relationships with employees and their supply chain. Brands devoted to enabling digital transformation also saw their fortunes soar, as legacy players like Telekom/T-Mobile, Microsoft, Oracle and Tata Consultancy Services took advantage of a system-wide reorganisation of how the world works, said the report.
