Travis Kelce is turning “more serious.” For those who need a reminder, it was the NFL Champion who first made his feelings toward the Bad Blood singer known publicly in July. He attended one of her Eras Tour concerts but expressed disappointment later for not being able to meet and pass his phone number to her personally. Now, fast-forward to October, the rumoured pair is leaving no stone unturned to paint the town red. A source close to the Blank Space songstress has confirmed to People, things have grown quite romantic between the two.
“It’s quickly turning more serious. They share a strong work ethic and have a huge appreciation for life and their careers, strong family bonds and values,” reportedly said the source. The inside also referred to Travis Kelce as a “sweet and goofy” lad who is just a blast to be around. Although Taylor Swift and the eight-time Pro Bowler were first linked in July, they are yet to label their relationship officially. Travis made his feelings public in the New Heights podcast while interacting with his brother Jason. He revealed failing to give the singer a friendship bracelet with his number because Taylor has a strict policy of not talking or meeting anyone during her concert performances.
While speculation of their relationship had already become a major talk of the town, Taylor created shockwaves on social media after attending Travis Kelce’s NFL game for the first time in September. The Look What You Made Me Do hitmaker was spotted sharing Travis’ VIP suite with the player’s mom, dad, and closest friends. Visuals of her cheering the tight end at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri went instantly viral.
Since then, Taylor Swift has arguably become a regular attending member of his NFL game. Moreover, the duo haven’t done anything to keep their romance hidden from the media. While Travis regularly speaks about his budding romance on his brother’s weekly podcast, the pair have also been spotted getting cozy on various date nights. From holding hands to exchanging hugs, fans have already gotten some mushy glimpses of their quality time together.
Subsequently, Taylor’s appearance during NFL matches has made her a favourite audience member of the TV broadcast cameras. Regular cuts of her cheering the tight-end have appeared online, but the most memorable remains to be her worried expression when Travis Kelce was tackled to the ground during an ongoing match.
Footage of the moment circulating on X, shows the pop star evidently shaking and jumping from her seat after watching Travis get knocked to the field. With wide eyes, her mouth opens in shock before she begins to bite her nails anxiously. She eventually covers her mouth with both hands before the video comes to an end.
