Sprawling across 2208.77 square feet, Sonakshi’s flat is said to be on the 26th floor of 81 Aureate at Bandra Reclamation.
Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has become the owner of another high-rise apartment located in a posh locality of the commercial capital Mumbai. The property development was reportedly assessed by online website Zapkey, which confirms the plush house is worth a whopping Rs 11 crore. Sprawling across 2208.77 square feet, the flat is said to be on the 26th floor of 81 Aureate at Bandra Reclamation. The new home reportedly comes with multiple facilities including an additional 348 square feet area along with a lobby and parking space to accommodate approximately four cars.
Sonakshi Sinha is said to have already inked the property deal with Pyramid Developers with the date of registration to be August 2023. If the report is to be believed, the Dabangg star has seemingly paid Rs 55 lakh for stamp duty and about Rs 30,000 as registration fees. It is important to note that Sonakshi Sinha has neither confirmed nor denied the property purchase.
But what’s attention-worthy is that the development comes only a couple of months after Sonakshi Sinha was spotted doing up a home with brand-new sofa collections.
The Instagram post was shared in May capturing a glimpse of the scenic sea-facing view from her window. With a bunch of wrapped furniture covering the space, a shadowy silhouette of the actress appears to be posing for multiple photographs. The old photos were coupled with a hilarious caption wherein the Bollywood diva termed Adulting a tough task.
“Adulting – Hard! Head is swirling with plants and pots and lights and mattresses and plates and cushions and chairs and tables, forks and spoons, sinks and bins…. Aaargh! Doing up a house is not easy,” she wrote alongside the photos.

However, it remains unclear if the house in the post is her new purchase. In terms of work, Sonakshi Sinha last played the role of a fierce cop in Amazon Prime Video’s crime thriller web show Dahaad. She will next share the screen space with Ritesh Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem in the horror-comedy flick Kakuda set to be released by the end of 2023. In addition to this, she has multiple projects in her kitty including Heeramandi, Nikita Roy, The Book of Darkness, and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
