Sobhita Dhulipala met veteran actress Rekha at the Global Spa Awards on Wednesday and indulged in a warm conversation with her ‘hero’.
Made In Heaven 2’s Sobhita Dhulipala attended the Global Spa Awards on Wednesday and met her “hero” Rekha at the event. Sobhita was seated with Radhika Madan as the legendary actress walked up to them. They got up and Sobhita gave Rekha a warm hug. The two then indulged in a conversation and Sobhita seemed to thank Rekha for her words.
Sobhita shared a video of this moment on her Instagram story. She wrote, “When you receive love from your hero, a part of you changes forever. The child in you, becomes a song. This was one such moment. With the one and only.”
Sobhita looked beautiful in a pink and gold saree with a matching, mesh blouse with cut-out detailing. She wore her hair in an updo to flaunt the blouse’s gorgeous back. Meanwhile, Rekha gave her usual golden saree look a modern twist.
Instead of her usual sarees, Rekha wore a cream and gold-toned drape with fine Chikankari and patti work. She paired it with churidar-style pants, a full-sleeved gold kurti and a matching potli. She completed her look with her signature red lipstick and white gajra.
Sobhita’s fans took over the video’s comments section. One person wrote, “@sobhitad Somehow you manifested this long back. The web series was appreciated by fans for the cast’s brilliant acting, fashionable costumes and elaborate sets. She was also seen as Kaveri on The Night Manager alongside Aditya Roy Kapoor and Anil Kapoor.
Meanwhile, Rekha was recently featured on the cover of the July/August issue of Vogue Arabia. She wore outfits by Manish Malhotra for the cover as well. The photos took the internet by storm and left everyone in awe of the actress and her timeless beauty.
