Sidharth Malhotra and Siddharth Anand might collaborate for an action film.
As per reports, Sidharth Malhotra is eager to do an action film and has been discussing a possible collaboration with Siddharth Anand.
Siddharth Malhotra is one of the finest actors in the Hindi film industry. The actor who has films like Shershah and Mission Majnu under his belt is reportedly eager to do an action film and for the same, he might be discussing a possible film with Siddharth Anand, the face behind Pathaan and War.
As per a source close to the entertainment portal PinkVilla, Sidharth Malhotra, Mamta Anand and Siddharth Anand are in talks for an actioner, which will most probably be helmed by Rohan Khambati, who has served AD in big budget films like Pathaan, Jawan and Dhoon 3. The source shared, “Sidharth Malhotra wants to do more films in the action space and who better than Siddharth Anand to bring the genre to the big screen. Their conversations are moving in the right direction, however, things have yet to find a place on paper. It’s a film which will be produced by Marflix and the motto of the banner is to make some of the biggest action thrillers in India. Having worked with Sid before, Rohan has got the perfect producer in Marflix to support his vision. If everything goes as planned, the yet untitled action thriller will take off by the end of next year.”
Meanwhile, Sidharth Malhotra also tied the sacred knot with Kiara Advani this year. The couple is living their happily ever after and don’t shy away from expressing their love for each other. Recently, the actor opened up about his married life with his lady love while speaking to Karan on his show ‘Koffee With Karan’.
According to a report in ETimes, Sidharth shared that ‘there is so much love’ between the two of them and added that he has started feeling ‘more responsible now’.
He shared, “I came to Bombay (Mumbai) about 16 years ago, and I lived by myself for the initial years with friends. I shared rooms and apartments, and now I have this one person I have dated, and obviously, there is so much love. I feel more responsible now; I feel like I have another person I have to take care of.”
Appreciating Kiara and her gestures, he shared, “She motivates me to work harder. What binds both of us together is that both of us are very family-oriented. Both of us have that upbringing. Even though she grew up in Mumbai, she is very disconnected. She is not so skewed by whatever is happening in the industry or behind the camera. I like that. I find that very refreshing; she could be in any profession. She handles her stardom in a way, possibly in a similar way that I like it. Even today, we like spending time together and meeting families. I never had a family in Bombay, but now I do thanks to her.”
Kiara Advani married Sidharth Malhotra on February 7 this year in the presence of their close friends and family members in Rajasthan. They fell in love with each other while shooting for their hit film Shershaah. The couple later hosted a mega star-studded reception later in Mumbai.
