Amid dating rumours with Sunny Kaushal, Sharvari Wagh talked about a ‘big red flag’ in a relationship.
Sharvari Wagh is one of Bollywood’s emerging talents. She has impressed the audience with her performances in back-to-back releases, such as Munjya, Maharaj and Vedaa. While the actress has received much appreciation for her flourishing professional life, Sharvari often garners limelight for her personal life too. She is rumoured to be dating Vicky Kaushal’s brother and actor, Sunny Kaushal. However, the duo have remained tight-lipped about their romance.
Amid her dating rumours, Sharvari recently opened up about the ‘non-negotiables’ in a relationship in an interview on In The Ring with Filmfare. During the conversation, Jitesh Pillai mentioned that the actress is one of the few people in B-town who has an active dating life and asked her about the do’s and don’ts in a relationship. Initially, Sharvari, who skipped divulging details about her dating life, shared that there weren’t many do’s and don’ts in a relationship, but “respect” is the key regardless of whether a person is dating or not.
The host didn’t buy Sharvari’s answer and further asked her to talk about her “regular lover’s tiff”. The actress tried shrugging off the question, but Pillai further quizzed if everything has been hunky dory in her three years relationship. Replying to the host, Sharvari added, “Who said I have been in a relationship?” and opened up on not having any do’s and don’ts.
However, when the host said that as a “solid person”, she might have certain priorities in a relationship and asked her about red flags, Sharvari mentioned that “cheating” would be a big red flag. “Cheating would be a big red flag in a relationship, I feel, but it also stems from respect. For me, in general, that would be one…For me, if I am ever dating, cheating is one thing that would definitely be an issue because I think that stems from…I feel it’s disrespectful,” the Vedaa actress added.
Furthermore, when asked about the number of men she has dated in her life, Sharvari revealed that she has dated two “funny boys” and refrained from discussing her love story. Despite the rumours about her relationship with Sunny, Sharvari called herself “single.”
Sharvari made her Bollywood debut with the 2020 Amazon Prime series The Forgotten Army – Azaadi Ke Liye opposite her rumoured beau Sunny Kaushal. She was then seen in Bunty Aur Babli 2 in 2021, co-starring Siddhant Chaturvedi. The actress, at present, has her hands full with the shooting of her upcoming film Alpha from the YRF spy universe alongside Bollywood biggie Alia Bhatt.
