Sara Ali Khan will soon be seen Ae Watan Mere Watan. The movie is being backed by Karan Johar.
Known for having a noteworthy approach towards fashion, Sara Ali Khan always manages to make heads turn. Be it western attires or traditional outfits, Sara surely knows to look effortlessly glam. Speaking of being glam and gorgeous, the actress looked every bit regal and pretty for Sharmin Segal’s wedding reception.
For the party, Sara decked up in a beautiful Anarkali set in sheades of blue and gold. Well defined eyes, pink lip colour and statement earrings tied her whole look together. She left her wavy locks lose and posed with utmost perfection.

Recently, Sara Ali Khan was seen with Ananya Panday on Koffee With Karan. She opened up on how she coped with disappointments at the box office. During a conversation with filmmaker Karan Johar, she was asked whether she reflected on the performance shortcomings in movies that didn’t fare well.
Work-wise, Sara Ali Khan is set to feature in Anurag Basu’s upcoming film, Metro In Dino, alongside Aditya Roy Kapur, Anupam Kher, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sensharma, Ali Fazal, and Fatima Sana Shaikh. The movie is scheduled for release on March 29, 2024.
Sara Ali Khan also has Ae Watan Mere Watan. The movie is set against the backdrop of the Quit India Movement in 1942. It is a story about the courage, patriotism, sacrifice and resourcefulness of the youth of the nation in India’s freedom struggle.
“As an actor, and more importantly, as an Indian I am proud to be able to portray a character that echoes bravery, strength and courage. Working with Kannan Iyer sir is a sheer privilege as he is so passionate and emotionally invested in this story himself. And while of course, it is very challenging to essay a character that is vastly different from anything that I’ve done before, it is a project I’m going to work really hard on. And most importantly, I’m going to cherish every day that I get to play an enigmatic freedom fighter,” Sara Ali Khan said earlier, sharing her excitement about playing this role.
