Samantha Ruth Prabhu made a public appearance after a long time. The actress was snapped by the paparazzi in Mumbai on Saturday afternoon a video of which also went viral on social media. In a video shared online by one of the paparazzo accounts, Samantha was seen walking towards her car when she flaunted her million-dollar smile and waved at the shutterbugs.

Samantha, who is also battling an autoimmune condition called Myositis, is currently on a break from acting. She announced her acting break in July this year after wrapping up the Citadel India shoot. “And it’s a wrap on #CitadelIndia. Recently, Samantha revealed that she was in a hospital. She shared a photo in which she was seen resting in a hospital bed with drips attached to her hand. In the caption, she shared details about the benefits she was getting from the medication.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Samantha was last seen in Kushi. The romantic drama also starred Vijay Deverakonda in the lead.

Next, Samantha will be seen in the Indian version of Citadel which also stars Varun Dhawan. It is helmed by Raj and DK and the team is staying tight-lipped about its plot. However, earlier this year, Priyanka Chopra opened up about the Indian remake of her show and revealed that the storylines are connected to each other. She further mentioned that she cannot wait to see Raj and DK’s work.
