Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi are all set to tie the knot in Borgo San Felice in Sienna, Italy tomorrow.
On June 9 this year, Telugu actor Varun Tej exchanged rings with his girlfriend Lavanya Tripathi in a star-studded ceremony in Hyderabad. The duo had first met on the sets of their film Mister (2016) and started off as friends until love blossomed between the two. The lovebirds are all set to tie the knot in Borgo San Felice in Sienna, Italy tomorrow.
The pre-wedding festivities have already begun. A cocktail party was organised last night and saw Ram Charan and Allu Arjun in attendance. Haldi ceremony will be held today, while Mehndi will take place in the evening. We also hear that the couple will be throwing a pool party for their guests today.
Showsha has now exclusively learnt that the mahurat for the wedding is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. A source tells us, “Varun and Lavanya will wear Manish Malhotra and the theme for their big day is ‘pastel’. The wedding will be followed by reception which is themed on glam and glitz.”
However, Varun and Lavanya will host another reception party for their industry friends in Hyderabad on November 5. “This reception party promises to be a star-studded affair. Some of the biggest and most popular Telugu names will be attending the party like Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Naga Chaitanya and Rashmika Mandanna. Allu Arjun, who threw a pre-wedding bash for the couple, will also grace the party along with Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi,” the source adds.
On the work front, Varun is all set for the release of his Bollywood debut, Operation Valentine on December 8.
