Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone celebrated their fifth anniversary on November 14. To mark their special day the lovebirds jetted off to Europe. The duo offered DeepVeer fans a sneak peek into their romantic holiday destination, making them go aww. Now, after spending quality time with each other at the foreign location, the duo is back in Mumbai, presumably to return to their respective work commitments. Recently, a video of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone arriving at the Mumbai airport, post their travel getaway was dropped on Instagram by celebrity photographer Viral Bhayani. And they indeed caught the attention of fans for their stylish airport looks.
“Lovebirds are back in the bay post celebrating their wedding anniversary abroad,” read the caption of the post. The video captured Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone walking hand-im-hand out of the airport premises. The Pathaan actress was dressed in an all-black ensemble, comprising a collared top and loose-fitted joggers. She layered her outfit with a long grey coat. A neatly-secured hair bun and black sunglasses served to be a chic factor. Deepika rounded off her edgy avatar with white sneakers.
Ranveer Singh, on the other hand, donned a printed black T-shirt that he teamed up with an oversized olive-green jacket. Blue denim joggers and grey-framed black sunglasses completed his casual look. The Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani star also wore a black mask. After greeting the paparazzi briefly, they hopped into their car.
On November 15, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, in a joint Instagram post celebrated their 5 years of togetherness. Posing against a picturesque background the pair shelled out major couple goals with their winter fashion. While Deepika looked pretty in a grey trench coat and black tights, Ranveer exuded suave vibes in a multicoloured T-shirt, a long black coat and joggers. He paired the outfit with a black baseball cap. Both slipped into white sneakers. Deepika planted a kiss on Ranveer’s cheeks as the latter smiled affectionately, facing the camera.
On the work front, Deepika Padukone will next be seen in director Nag Ashwin’s much-anticipated big-budget project Kalki 2898 AD. Also starring Prabhas in the lead, the fantasy-drama thriller is expected to premiere on January 12. 2024. Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh is geared up to fit into Shah Rukh Khan’s shoes for Don 3. According to rumours, Priyanka Chopra might play the female lead in this Farhan Akhtar directorial. Don 3 will be released in theaters in 2025.
