Ranbir Kapoor's Entry Medley Roja Mashup From Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal OUT NOW; Deets Inside –

Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal is undoubtedly one of the most talked about films of the year. While the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial has raised quite a few eyebrows for certain shocking scenes, everyone agrees that the film’s music, especially the background score is quite commendable. Netizens have been urging the makers via social media to release the background songs. While Bobby Deol’s entry song Jamal Kudu was released earlier, Ranbir Kapoor’s entry song Roja Mashup was released on Thursday, December 14.

Roja Mashup is a rendition of AR Rahman’s song by Hyderabad-based progressive rock fusion band Threeory. The music plays as Ranbir’s character Ranvijay makes his entry to a party. Ranvijay dances in the middle of a crowd as the band plays in the background. The highly anticipated song was finally released after many requests from fans online.

Earlier in the day, the makers took to X to announce this news.

The band recently spoke to Showsha and revealed how their collaboration with Sandeep Reddy Vanga came to be. They said, “Six years ago, fate led us to perform at Arjun Reddy’s audio launch, where we first crossed paths with Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Shortly after, he stumbled upon our ‘Roja’ rendition on YouTube. A little surprise call later, we found ourselves rushing to catch a flight to Mumbai for a shoot, clueless about what awaited us. The day before the shoot, he introduced us to Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandana, unveiling his vision for Ranbir’s grand entrance.”

The band members said that they felt overwhelmed by the amount of love they received for a rendition they originally played six years ago. They also recalled meeting Ranbir for the first time and said that they were in disbelief when he got off his chair to introduce himself to them.
