Ranbir Kapoor talks about Raha’s favourite music list

Ranbir Kapoor is a doting father and there is no doubt. He has on many occasions expressed his love for his daughter Raha. Well, recently Raha completed one year and on this special day, Ranbir and Alia organised a party that was attended by close family members and friends. And recently, in an interview, the Animal actor was heard revealing his daughter’s favourite playlist.
Interacting with Spotify India, Ranbir Kapoor was asked about the tracks he has currently been listening to. To this, he said, “Now since I’m a new father, my daughter is one now, she has understood that something happens on the phone that I have to kind of use my fingers and Spotify pops up and all her favorite tracks need to be played. It is actually the CoComelon playlist.”

On the work note, Ranbir Kapoor is currently basking under the success of Animal which also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna. The film has been getting an overwhelming response from the audience. Animal has comfortably taken the fourth spot on the list of highest earning films of 2023. The top spot continues to be held by Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan (Rs 643.87 crores), followed by Pathaan (Rs 543.05 crores). Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 currently stands on the third spot (Rs 525.45 crores).
Animal revolves around a man and his toxic relationship with his father. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the film shows Vijay (played by Ranbir) as an anti-hero who would go to any lengths to protect his father, including gun down 200 people with machine gun. However, despite his efforts, he struggles to get a seal of approval from his emotionally unavailable father (played by Anil Kapoor). His unhealthy relationship with his father impacts his relationship with his wife (played by Rashmika Mandanna).
