Pushpa 2 Tickets Priced Up To Rs 1800 In Delhi; Telangana to Host Special Pre-Release Screening on December 4 – DellyRanks

Pushpa: The Rule, the highly anticipated sequel to Pushpa: The Rise, is set to release in theatres on December 5. Advance bookings have opened in cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Chandigarh, but they are yet to begin in Hyderabad, the film’s main market, as well as in Chennai and Kochi. In Delhi, tickets are priced as high as Rs 1,800, while in Mumbai and Bengaluru, the most expensive tickets are Rs 1,600 and Rs 1,000, respectively.

In a special move, the Telangana government has allowed a screening of the film on December 4, a day before the official release. The special show, available in both single-screen theatres and multiplexes, will start at 9:30 pm. Theatre owners are also allowed to raise ticket prices by Rs 800 for this special show on December 4.

On the film’s release day, the Telangana government has permitted two additional screenings at 1 am and 4 am, in addition to the five regular shows. For these extra screenings, single-screen theatres are allowed to raise ticket prices by Rs 150 until December 8, as per a report in Indian Express. From December 9 to 16, the price increase can be reduced to Rs 105, and from December 17 to 23, it can go up by Rs 20. After December 23, the prices will return to standard rates.

For multiplexes, ticket prices can be raised by Rs 200 from December 5 to 8. Between December 9 and 16, the increase can be reduced to Rs 150, and from December 17 to 23, they can go up by Rs 50. These price hikes do not include GST.

The sequel promises to delve deeper into the world established in Pushpa: The Rise, intensifying the drama and action that captivated audiences worldwide.
