PS5 India Restock: Check date, time and other details here

PS5 India restock July 2021 date and time confirmed, you can check out those details here.

If you missed out on the PS5 restocks in May and June, you’ll get your chance again in July. Sony plans to make the PS5 available for purchase in July with sources telling us that pre-bookings should go live next week.

Now keep in mind that Sony does not comment on impending PS5 restocks, preferring to let retailers announce it themselves. If so, expect it to be available on Amazon and Flipkart as well as Vijay Sales among others.

It is unknown how many stores would get stock and what the quantities are. With the June 2021 PS5 restock, Sony had given stores few units than anticipated. Also keep in mind that Sony had told retailers of a March and April restock, both of which never happened. So take this with a grai

n of salt until officially announced.

What we can confirm is much like the June 2021 restock, you should not be forced to purchase additional games or accessories with your PS5.

Sony has instructed its retail partners to not force bundles onto customers. Rather, they should also give them a choice of buying the PS5 as is, with no extra games or accessories.

While IGN India first reported this back in May, several other sources reached out to confirm that this is indeed the case.

Previously we had reported that we should get coloured controllers this month as well. However it is unknown if PS5 DualSense Midnight Black and Cosmic Red variants will be making it to store shelves as pricing is yet to be finalised.

Sony was considering a Rs. 500 premium for the Cosmic Red version, while the Midnight Black option may have the same price as the standard white DualSense controller of Rs. 5,990.

Hopefully this restock sees stores playing by Sony’s rules regarding no forced PS5 bundles. Though considering how some game stores have been operating in bad faith, we’re sceptical on how it would be enforced.
