We chat with Purazar Fouzdar, Advocate, Mumbai High Court about his love for automobiles.
What are you driving/riding and why?
I drive a beautiful 1984 Mercedes-Benz SEC 500 that I call ‘Nightfury”. It’s elegant, drives effortlessly and has airmatic suspension so I use it daily. I’ve also got a 1936 Mercedes 170V that was showcased at MBCCR 2022. I also ride a 1975 BMW R75/6. It’s got a boxer twin engine that’s been upgraded with forged pistons and connecting rods and is a hoot to ride.
What’s next on your wish list?
A 1968 Porsche 911.
The most fun you’ve had in a car/bike?
Recently, I drove my SEC 500 to Pune and it was a wonderful experience. I was just amazed with the ride quality and high speed stability. We made it to Pune in under 3 hours.
