Paytm UPI (Unified Payments Interface) to become even more accessible with the newfangled UPI Lite feature

Paytm Payments Bank introduces exciting new UPI features.

A stunning new feature from Paytm Payments Bank has caught the attention of the entire community! The new addition, which is going to change the game, promises to make user convenience even better than it was before.

With the cutting-edge UPI Lite feature on iOS, Credit Card on UPI, and the ground-breaking Split Bill function, Paytm UPI (Unified Payments Interface) has become even more accessible. Since Paytm Payments Bank first implemented UPI in February 2023, the National Payments Corporation of India has been facilitating smaller transactions.

This feature has already been utilized by a staggering six million users.

With the addition of the ability for Paytm app users to link their RuPay credit card with their UPI ID, Paytm’s innovative streak shows no signs of abating. As if that weren’t enough, the Split Bill feature lets users set up friend groups and divide bills among those groups.

You can tag any and all payments made on Paytm, and the tag can be used to view all payments at any time. Chairman of Paytm Payments Bank Vijay Shekhar Sharma exclaimed that the company is committed to ongoing innovation in India while safeguarding Paytm UPI and empowering customers.

He went on to say that Split Bill, Paytm Tag, and an optional UPI ID on the Paytm app are just a few of the many additional features they intend to offer.

Paytm has earned a reputation for constantly improving its user-friendly features. Their ground-breaking UPI Lite, which was introduced in February, has been a resounding success, and they have been praised for making UPI payments simpler for their customers. Its main goal was to make payments easier and get rid of the annoying problem of missing payments over and over again.

UPI Lite now allows users to pay up to Rs 200 without entering a PIN, and up to Rs 2,000 can be added twice daily, making a total of Rs 4,000 available in a single day.
