OnePlus 10T 5G launched at a starting price of Rs 49,999


OnePlus has expanded its premium handset lineup with the launch of the OnePlus 10T smartphone at a starting price of Rs 49,999 for Indian consumers for the 8 GB variant.


With the latest phone, the company is targeting consumers looking at gaming and performance smartphones. It will be available starting August 6.

The company said that its shipments in India grew 46% year-on-year in the first half of 2022 calendar year, driven mainly by the Nord smartphone series. It also ranked in the top three smartphone brands in the affordable premium and ultra premium segments, as per Counterpoint Research.

The device is powered by OxygenPS based on Android 12 and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile platform. It features a 6.7 inch AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate.

The 5G smartphone comes with a 4800 mAh battery with 150W SuperVooc fast charging. OnePlus claimed that the phone battery can be fully charged in just 19 minutes.

The OnePlus 10T smartphone comes with Sony IMX766 50 MP main camera along with an ultrawide and 4cm macro lens.

The phone comes in three variants – 8G/128 GB RAM, 12 GB/256 GB and 16GB/256 GB priced at Rs 49,999, Rs 54,999 and Rs 55,999, respectively.

OnePlus has also launched its OxygenOS 13, which will soon be roll out to the OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone, followed by the OnePlus 10T.

Notably, the phone doesn’t feature the alert slider, but the company said that it will bring it in upcoming smartphones.

Additionally, the OnePlus 10T smartphone doesn’t carry the Hasselblad branding. The company had signed a 3-year partnership with Hasselblad, which will continue, company executives clarified on Wednesday,
