O2 is an upcoming Kannada-language medical thriller written and directed by Raghav Nayak and Prashanth Raj. Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar backs the project under the banner of PRK Productions.
The music for the film is composed by Vivan Radhakrishna, and the cinematography is handled by Naveen Kumar S. The principal photography of the movie commenced in October 2021 in Bengaluru.

The film is directed by Suni and produced by Pushkara Mallikarjunaiah under his banner, Pushkar Films. It is the sequel to the 2022 movie Avatara Purusha Part 1:Astadigbandanamadalakam and is set to be released after a long wait on April 5.
