Navya Nanda is currently in Paris with her mother Shweta Bachchan and grandmother Jaya Bachchan. She was seen walking ramp for Loreal Paris and Bachchans were there to cheer for her. However, today Navya Nanda took to her social media to share a candid and heartwarming moment with her grandmother, Jaya Bachchan. In the photograph, Navya is seen playfully teasing her grandmother who is posing for the camera with a smile.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Navya shared a photo of Jaya Bachchan in which she is seen wearing a black colour coat. The veteran actress looked very elegant in a simple dressing. She was smiling and Navya wrote, “Finally smiling for the paps’ followed with a heart emojis. In a recent interview, Navya spoke about the legacy of her surname. Talking to India Today, Navya said, “People usually keep talking about my last name and legacy and I love reminding people that everyone has a last name. It is not just my responsibility to live up to mine but everyone has a last name that means something that demands value and respect.”

Earlier this month, Navya also addressed the privilege she has grown up with due to her surname in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar India. She said, “I’ve never shied away from accepting that I come from a lot of privilege. I’ve had a lot of advantages and opportunities in life that not many people have. For me to say I was able to start my own business at 21 is a very privileged thing, because not a lot of other people have that kind of access to do something.
