According to the reports, streaming giant Netflix has acquired the streaming rights for Saripodhaa Sanivaaram. The official streaming date of the release is yet to be announced by the platform and the makers. While the television broadcasting rights of the release have been acquired by Zee Telugu.
The plot of the film follows a man named Surya, who has vowed to keep his anger in check for six days to his mother and unleash it only on Saturdays; on the ones who deserve it. Due to some tragic turn of events, he encounters a corrupt police officer named CI Daya. He then embarks on a journey to pay him back for his wrongdoings.
The film was made under the direction of Vivek Athreya, who is also credited as its writer. It stars Nani as the lead along with names like S J Suryah, Priyanka Mohanan, Abhirami, Aditi Balan, P Sai Kumar, Murali Sharma and others. It is produced by D V V Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment. The music in the film is given by Jakes Bejoy the cinematographer is Murali G and the editing is done by Karthika Srinivas. According to the information, it was made under a budget of Rs 90 crore.
