Nandamuri Balakrishna, popularly known as NBK and Balayya, is one of the biggest superstars in the South film industry. He has been a part of some of the blockbuster hit films and is known for his action-packed performances. The actor has had a fantastic career and enjoys a massive fan following among the audience. Recently, NBK greeted his fans with his film Bhagavanth Kesari on the occasion of Dussehra this year. It was directed by Anil Ravipudi, and the film gained positive reviews from the audience and critics after its release. As per reports, the project has been declared a hit among the audience. The makers recently organised a success event for the film. During the event, Balayya revealed that people should be careful when calling him ‘Babai’ (which is the Telugu word for ‘Uncle’) at his age. He said that this would make him angry. His comment garnered significant attention at the event.
Nandamuri Balakrishna explained that over the years, he has been trying to work on films that give a good social message to society and will continue to do so. He also announced the upcoming Hindi release of Bhagavanth Kesari. He shared his inclination towards experimentation and mentioned that, in order to be true to form, he dubbed for the Hindi version.
During his speech,Nandamuri Balakrishna also revealed that both he and his father enjoy experimenting and trying new things. Talking about his involvement in the Hindi version, which he dubbed for his role, he said it was a first-time experience for him. He expressed confidence in showcasing his command over the Hindi language in the upcoming release.
Recently, the makers have also revealed the OTT date of the film. The rights to Bhagavant Kesari have been bagged by OTT giant Amazon Prime Video, and the film will be premiering on the platform on November 23.
In terms of box office collection, the film recently earned around Rs 139 crore at the worldwide box office. This is NBK’s hat-trick of Rs 100 crore film, with Akhanda and Veera Simha Reddy also crossing the 100 crore mark.
Bhagavant Kesari also stars Sreeleela, Kajal Aggarwal, and Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal in important roles.
