Priyamani takes on the female lead role, with additional cast members, including Anaswara Rajan, Ganesh Kumar, and Jagadish. The film is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the label of Aashirvad Cinemas.

Mohanlal took to his Instagram account to reveal the long-awaited release date of Neru. The actor shared a note adding to the intrigue surrounding the film. He said, “The legal battle commences on 21 December, 2023.
