The Invicto is essentially a badge-engineered Innova Hycross with a few cosmetic and feature differences.
I had booked the Toyota Innova Hycross ZX O variant in March, but the dealer is yet to commit on a delivery date. I’m considering booking the top-spec Maruti Invicto now, if Maruti is able to deliver the car quicker. What features will I miss, and what sort of fuel efficiency can I expect?

Autocar India says: The Maruti Invicto is a badge-engineered Toyota Innova Hycross, so it is essentially the same car with a few cosmetic differences inside and out. Interestingly, there isn’t a comparable variant to the Hycross ZX O in the Invicto line-up, so you miss features like ADAS, powered Ottomans for the middle-row captain seats and the 9-speaker JBL sound system. On the flipside, the Maruti Invicto Alpha+ (top-spec) is Rs 1.57 lakh cheaper than the fundamentally identical Hycross. So if Maruti dealers commit to an earlier delivery date, you could certainly opt for the Invicto instead.
We have extensively tested the Toyota Innova Hycross hybrid version, and in our real-world tests, it returned 13.10kpl in the city and 16.10kpl on the highway. So you can expect similar fuel efficiency from the Invicto as well.
