Marathi Film Ravrambha Set For World TV Premiere Tomorrow; Deets Inside –


The film was released on the big screens in May this year.


Ravrambha is a historical flick, which is based on the story of Raav, a soldier who served in the Maratha army.

Om Bhutkar-starrer Marathi film Ravrambha is scheduled for a world television premiere, according to reports. Ravramba is set to release on the small screens now, on the TV channel Zee Talkies. It will premiere tomorrow, October 15 at 12 noon and 6 pm. Ravrambha is a historical flick, which is based on the story of Raav, a soldier who served Prataprao Gujar, the Commander-in-Chief of the Maratha army. When Raav’s childhood love Rambha is kidnapped, he goes on a mission to get her back. Whether he will be able to rescue her or not forms the crux of the story. The audience will now get to enjoy the film in the comfort of their homes.

Ravrambha is directed by Anup Jagdale. The cast of the film includes Om Bhutkar, Monalisa Bagal, Shantanu Moghe, Ashok Samarth, Kushal Badrike and Santosh Juvekar. The film has been backed by Shashikant Pawar, along with Devi Sateri Productions. Pratap Gangavane has written the dialogues in the film, while the cinematography is done by Sanjay S Jadhav. Amitraj has given the music in the film. The film was released in theatres on May 26, 2023.

As per reports, Ravrambha was made on a budget of Rs 6 to 10 crore, and collected around Rs 6.5 crore. It became the sixth-highest grossing Marathi film of the year.

Om Bhutkar made his entry in the film industry with the film Chhota Sipahi, in 2004. He also won the National Film Award in the category of Best Child Artist category for the film. He is best known for the action crime flick titled Mulshi Pattern, which was released in 2018. It was directed by Pravin Tarde. The cast of the film includes Om Bhutkar, Parvin Tarde, Mohan Joshi and Upendra Limaye. A Hindi remake of the film was released in 2021, titled Antim: The Final Truth. It featured Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma in the leads.
