Manushi Chhillar seemingly missed the opportunity to seek blessings up close, possibly due to the overcrowding at the pandal.
As Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations continue in full swing, many Bollywood stars are taking time off their work schedules to visit iconic pandals in Mumbai. The latest one was beauty queen Manushi Chhillar who visited the renowned Lalbaugcha Raja on Tuesday morning. Usually, celebs opt for the VVIP treatment keeping in mind the lakhs of devotees who visit the pandal on a daily basis. However, the former Miss World forgo the special section and walked the common lane to seek blessings. Footage of her surrounded by a flock of devotees has gone viral on social media. It seems she could only pray to the gigantic idol of Lord Ganesha from afar.
People in the common lane remain standing in queues to wait for their chance to walk on the stage and touch the feet of the idol. If the online video is anything to go by, it seems Manushi Chhillar didn’t get her chance to come close to the Lalbaugcha Raja due to overcrowding. Manushi can be seen surrounded in a team circle, as the crowd grows a tad bit distressing. Take a look at the footage here:
Manushi Chhillar also documented her quick visit to the Lalbaugcha Raja in a short Instagram reel. Donning a red anarkali suit, the model-turned-actress showed minimal elegance in her simple style statement. She can be seen walking down the common lane in the security of her team all while greeting fans with a contagious smile on her face. From clicking selfies to shaking hands with fellow devotees, Manushi maintains a happy face throughout the reel. Towards the end, she prays watching the mammoth Ganesh idol from far away. “Ganpati Bappa Morya,” she captioned the short reel.

Manushi Chhillar next has multiple interesting projects linked up for her including Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Tehra, and Operation Valentine.
Meanwhile, besides Manushi, Pooja Hegde, Shilpa Shetty, Shah Rukh Khan, Kartik Aaryan, and Sonu Sood were among the many prolific Bollywood personalities who visited Lalbaugcha Raja this year.
