Asif Ali and Rohith VS, who previously collaborated on Adventures of Omanakuttan and Iblis, are teaming up again for the film Tiki Taka. The movie features 12 action scenes, and Wamiqa Gabbi, recognized for her role in Godha, plays the lead female character. The ensemble cast includes Harishree Ashokan, Lukman, Sanjana Nataraj, Santhosh Pratap, and others.
This is not the first instance of the actor getting injured during a film shoot. Previously, the actor fractured his elbow while filming bike stunts for Jean Paul Lal’s debut movie Honey Bee. The incident occurred during the shooting of the movie’s climax sequences when the actor, chasing a few people on a bike, fell as his bike skidded. Immediate medical assistance was provided, and reports indicate that the injury was not severe.
Directed by Pa. Ranjith, Tiki Taka stars Vikram, Parvathy Thiruvothu, and Malavika Mohanan in the lead roles. The movie marks a collaboration reunion for Asif Ali and the director, previously known for their work on Ibilis. Behind the scenes, the team includes debutant cinematographer Sony Seban, composer Dawn Vincent, and editor Chaman Chakko.
