The Abhyanthara Kuttavali launch ceremony was a low-key affair, which took place on Monday in Thriprayar, Kerala.
Malayalam cinema star Asif Ali is going to be seen in Abhyanthara Kuttavali, which is being touted as a realistic comedy release. The film went on floors on August 5, Monday, through a launch ceremony attended by the crew of the project.
The film is being helmed by debutant filmmaker Sethunath Padmakumar, who is also credited as its writer. The launch ceremony was a low-key affair, which took place on Monday in Thriprayar, Thrissur in Kerala. Thulasi, a newcomer has been roped in as the female lead of the film, who will be seen opposite Asif Ali. As per reports, the announcement of the project was made by the makers on Sunday, August 4.
The cast also includes names like Jagadish, Harisree Ashokan, Prem Kumar, Sidharth Bharathan, Azees Nedumangad, Vijayakumar, Balachandran Chullikkad, Anand Manmadhan and many others. It is being produced by Naisam Salam under the banner of Naisam Salam Productions, while Ajay David Kachappilly is doing the cinematography and the editor is Sobin K Soman. For music, the makers have roped in composer Bijibal.
The makers organised a simple launch ceremony for the project because of the unfortunate Wayanad tragedy, the reports state further. More information on the project is expected in the coming weeks.
Asif Ali is currently being seen in Level Cross, a psychological thriller released on July 26. The film is made under the direction of Arfaz Ayub, who has also written the story. The cast of the film includes Asif Ali, Amala Paul and Sharaf U Dheen in pivotal roles. It is produced by Ramesh P Pillai under the banner of Abhishek Films. Vishal Chandrashekhar has done the music and the cinematographer is Appu Prabhakar and the editing is done by Deepu Joseph.
Some of the actor’s upcoming releases include Adios Amigo, a Nahas Nazar directorial. The actor is starring opposite Suraj Venjaramoodu in the film. It is going to be released on August 9. It is produced under the Ashiq Usman Productions banner.
