Former Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu and fashion influencer Safa Sidhiqui walked the ramp for designer Pallavi Mohan’s Not So Serious on Day 3 at the Lakme Fashion Week X FDCI in stunning ensembles.
Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu, crowned Miss Universe 2021 and Safa Siddiqui, a reality TV fame and influential fashion figure served as the muses for ‘Not So Serious’ by Pallavi Mohan’s 15th anniversary celebration and future collection debut at Lakme Fashion Week 2023. At the LFW X FDCI in Delhi today, Pallavi’s collection, “My Journey….Just the Beginning,” was on display. We must add that the designer once again created a beautifully laid out show.
Pallavi Mohan launched her showcase with the former Miss Universe Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu for the brand, Not So Serious. It’s safe to say that when Harnaaz entered the spotlight wearing a mesmerising purple gown that left the audience in wonder, the runway turned into a dreamscape. The dress was a work of sartorial art, with beautiful sequins and delicate feathers that danced with each graceful stride. She appeared angelic because to the feathers’ airy playfulness.

Her makeup was flawless and enhanced rather than overpowered her innate beauty. With a gentle colour palette that brought out the best in her features, Harnaaz’s radiant complexion shone through. Her lips had a subtle sensuality that complemented the dress she was wearing, and her eyes had a hint of glitter. She was a true example of ‘less is more.’ Said so because the accessories were minimal and consisted of simply a pair of long stone earrings.
Harnaaz made a powerful stance by wearing few accessories. She opted to wear only a simple pair of exquisite earrings that dangled lightly, capturing the light and highlighting her grace. She totally let the gown take centre stage.
The fact that Harnaaz Sadhu walked the Lakme Fashion Week catwalk was a great credit to both her modelling skills and her intuitive sense of style. She left a lasting impression on the world of fashion with her natural confidence and composure. Meanwhile, Safa Sidhiqui also walked the ramp for Pallavi in an outfit what may be called a real dream like one. The sheer sequins and feathers that flowed through made it look none less than angelic and did really give off that aura.
Since the debut, Not So Serious by Pallavi Mohan has proudly proclaimed the use of 3D textures and laser cutting since Pallavi’s undergraduate days. confirming an eternal connection and a relationship that is constantly looked at. Similar to how nature changes, Pallavi’s 3D flowers have changed over time, defying fads and eras, reflecting the designer’s unending passion for her original ideas. This notion was well evident at the Lakme Fashion Week showcase as well.
